Rich Cordisco

Rich Cordisco represents Pro Image as Vice President. He has over 25 years of sales, operations and marketing management experience in the propane, heating oil and HVAC energy industry. Rich has gained insight from working directly with the nation’s premier Oil, Propane and HVAC companies.

 

Rich has held positions as Regional Sales and Market Manager with direct responsibility for residential and commercial sales marketing leadership, program implementation, business and product/service development, sales assessment, customer service training, competitive analysis, budget administration and P&L management. He was accountable for 32 full-time professional sales representatives within a twenty-five plant region in three states with more than 125,000 oil, propane and HVAC customers with gross sales of $140 million. He developed and implemented sales & marketing plans that capitalize on market conditions and competitor trends to increase company market share, gross margin profits and customer base growth throughout his territories.

 

Through his sales leadership, Rich grew his territories with:
  • New fuel accounts by 15%, product fuel volumes by 20%, annual customer base growth by 10%, and extra value add-on sales by 30%.

  • Developed sales initiatives that produced double digit new fuel account growth by 45%.

  • Created operational efficiency standards that increased final net COP profit earnings by 312%.

  • Redesigned fuel pricing structure that increased per unit gross margins for propane by 50% and delivery department by 53%.

  • Implemented marketing strategies that increased HVAC equipment revenue by 33% and Service COP by 801%.

  • Developed customer service and sales training programs for sales people, customer service representatives, technicians and drivers that increased overall Customer Satisfaction Rating by 5%.

Rich consistently ranked number one in corporate new account programs for propane, heating oil and power fuel accounts. He received yearly recognition awards for “Best Operation In Company” and “Top New Fuel Accounts In Region” for continuous operation improvements & sales excellence.

 

Rich has a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Services from Slippery Rock University and minor in Business Administration from Point Park College.
